Message	trim on the DS. Honestly,.. it's red, so that helps. Painting the front bumper is costly so it could be their bargaining chip. IF they want to put a JSpec on anyway it works out. The rest of the paint looks really good. If it runs properly and passes emissions I think you might get 5-6k out of it fairly easily. Lack of 120k maintenence would be a drawback though as it's ~$600. (Though it's far under that in mileage the age requires it.) Good luck! Sorry to hear about the situation.
